Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of GulfTeks services.
By subscribing or engaging with GulfTeks, you agree to the following:
1. Definitions
“Company” refers to GulfTeks.
“Client” refers to the person or entity subscribing to GulfTeks services.
“Services” refers to all web development, hosting, data entry, support, and maintenance offerings.
“Subscription” refers to recurring monthly or annual service plans.
2. Scope of Service
Each subscription includes:
Website development
Website management
Support within defined SLAs
Hosting, SSL, and domain
Backups and security monitoring
Minor content/design updates
Website quantity and deliverables are defined per plan tier.
Unused website capacity does not roll over.
3. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide:
Website content, assets, and required materials
Clear approval workflows
Timely responses (delays may affect delivery timelines)
The client must not misuse GulfTeks hosting, tools, or systems.
4. Major vs. Minor Work
Minor Work (Included)
Text changes
Image replacements
Layout spacing adjustments
Plugin updates
Small UI refinements
Major Work (Quoted Separately)
New pages
Redesigns
Custom integrations
Advanced functionality
E-commerce features beyond standard WooCommerce
The Company reserves the right to classify the work type.
5. Delivery Timelines
Delivery timeframes are based on:
Plan tier
Client responsiveness
Project requirements
Delays caused by the client extend delivery timelines.
6. Hosting & Performance
Hosting and Domain is included in all plans unless stated otherwise.
The Company is not liable for downtime caused by:
External service providers
Third-party plugins
Force majeure events
Client modifications to the website without approval
7. Ownership & Intellectual Property
Ownership of completed websites transfers after 12 months of continuous subscription.
Before ownership transfer:
Source files, licensed plugins, and premium themes remain under Company management.
Unauthorized migration is prohibited.
Premium plugin/theme licenses remain property of GulfTeks and may not transfer.
8. Payment & Billing
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
Annual plans receive two complimentary months.
Invoices are issued monthly.
VAT applies where required.
Failure to pay may suspend all services, including hosting.
9. Refund Policy
All payments are final.
No refunds are provided due to resource allocation, licensing costs, hosting provisioning, and time invested.
10. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all shared information, assets, and communication confidential.
White-label clients (quoted separately) receive full confidentiality by default.
11. Termination
The client may terminate services at the end of any billing cycle.
Upon termination:
All outstanding invoices must be settled
Hosting and services will be disabled
Optional migration assistance can be provided for an additional fee
12. Liability
The Company is not liable for:
Loss of revenue
Loss of data
Third-party failures
Cyberattacks beyond reasonable security measures
Client-side modifications causing issues
Total liability is limited to one month of subscription fees.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable digital commerce, business, and contractual laws of your operating region (KSA, UAE, or applicable country of registration).
